3. Shipping Charges

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive:

5. Tracking Your Order

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful:

• You will be contacted to reschedule delivery
• The package may be held at the nearest courier office for pickup
• Unclaimed packages are returned to us after 7 days

7. Damaged Shipments

If you receive a damaged or tampered package:

1. Do not accept visibly damaged packages at the time of delivery
2. If damage is discovered after opening, photograph the product and packaging immediately
3. Contact us within 24 hours with photos and your order details
4. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy
