Shipping Policy (Dispatch Policy)

1. Definitions

• "Shipping" / "Dispatch" refers to the process of packing, quality-checking, and handing over the order to our courier/logistics partner for transit.
• "Delivery" refers to the transit and final handover of the package to the customer at the provided address. Delivery timelines are covered under our separate Delivery Policy.

2. Order Processing and Dispatch Timeline

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date of payment confirmation.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST on a business day are treated as received on the next business day.
• Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and national/state public holidays.

3. Order Cut-Off and Packing

Orders are picked, quality-inspected, and packed in food-grade, tamper-evident packaging to preserve freshness, flavour, and shelf life. Each package includes a batch label, manufacturing date, best-before date, and net weight in compliance with FSSAI and Legal Metrology standards.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are shipped and delivered within 3–7 business days. Please note that delays may occur due to high demand during the festive season or unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery pin code. Exact charges are displayed before order confirmation. Free shipping may be available on orders above a specified value — refer to the checkout page for current offers.

6. Serviceability

We ship across all major cities and towns in India. Serviceability to a specific pin code is verified at checkout. Bulk or wholesale orders may require separate logistics arrangements — please contact us for a quote.

7. Delays and Force Majeure

Dispatch timelines are estimates and may be affected by high-volume periods (festive seasons), inclement weather, courier disruptions, strikes, or government-imposed restrictions. We will notify you promptly in the event of a significant delay.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address, pin code, and contact number provided are accurate and complete. Aadijagannath Foods is not responsible for delays or non-delivery arising from incorrect or incomplete address details.
