1. Scope
This Delivery Policy covers the estimated transit time, delivery process, and your rights after an order has been dispatched by Aadijagannath Foods Private Limited. For dispatch and packing timelines, refer to our Shipping Policy.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines (After Dispatch)

3. Delivery Attempts and Re-Delivery
- Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts at the address on record.
- If delivery is unsuccessful after all attempts, you will be contacted to reschedule or arrange pickup from the nearest courier facility.
- Unclaimed packages are returned to us after 7 days from the last attempt. Return shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
4. Delivery Confirmation
Delivery is confirmed via the courier’s electronic proof of delivery (e-POD), which may include a digital signature, OTP, or photo confirmation at the time of handover.
5. Damaged, Tampered, or Missing Shipments
- At the time of delivery: If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged or tampered with, you may refuse acceptance and inform us immediately.
- After delivery: If damage is discovered upon opening, report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging, along with your order number and delivery details.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
- For food products, do not consume any item that appears compromised. Retain the product in its original packaging for verification.
6. Lost Shipments
If your tracking status shows no movement for more than 7 business days, or if the shipment is marked as lost by the courier, contact us immediately. We will initiate a courier investigation and arrange a replacement or full refund within 7–10 business days of confirmation.
7. Force Majeure
Delivery timelines may be extended due to natural disasters, severe weather, floods, strikes, government restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control. We will keep you informed of any such delays.
