All prices displayed on the website are Maximum Retail Prices (MRP) inclusive of all applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Bulk and wholesale pricing is available on request and may differ from listed MRP. Final pricing for bulk orders will be confirmed upon inquiry.
4. Ordering Process
Product inquiries and orders can be placed through our website contact form, bulk inquiry form, WhatsApp, phone, or email. An inquiry does not constitute a binding order. Orders are confirmed only upon mutual agreement on pricing, quantity, and delivery terms.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines and charges will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. We aim to deliver products within the agreed timeframe but are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or supplier delays. 6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns only for defective or damaged goods. Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. All products are manufactured following hygiene and food safety standards. Actual product packaging will display manufacturing date, best before date, batch number, and net weight as per FSSAI regulations. Consumers should check product labels for allergen information before consumption.
