Refund & Return Policy

At Aadijagannath Foods Private Limited, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines the terms under which returns, refunds, and order cancellations are handled. Please read it carefully before placing your order.

2. Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return if:

  • The item received is damaged or defective on arrival
  • An incorrect product was delivered
  • The product does not match the description provided on our website

Return Window

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable food products (pickles, sauces) once opened or with broken seals
  • Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or clearance
  • Custom or bulk orders manufactured to specification

3. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to us at rajeshkumarsahoo.bhc@gmail.com or call +91 70148 98359 with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Approval: Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide a return authorization.
  3. Ship the Item: Once approved, ship the item back to our warehouse address with the return authorization number.
  4. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the claim.
  5. Refund or Replacement: Approved returns will be processed within 7–10 business days of inspection.

4. Refund Options

For approved returns, you may choose from:

  • Full Refund: To the original payment method (for online payments)
  • Replacement: Same product or an equivalent value alternative
  • Store Credit: For future purchases

Refund Timeline

  • Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS): 5–7 business days
  • UPI: 3–5 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card: 7–10 business days

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) or UPI after the returned product is inspected and approved. Please provide your bank account details or UPI ID when initiating a return request.

COD Refund Timeline: 7–10 business days after inspection approval.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.

For orders already shipped, the standard return policy applies. Shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective / Wrong items: We cover the return shipping cost
  • Change of mind: Customer bears the return shipping cost
